Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted at https://maxidrives.com. If you continue using the Service after changes post, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

• Age: Minimum age to use MaxiDrives is 13. Paid features or payouts require that you are 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Registration data: Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

Your Content (“Customer Data”)

“Customer Data” means the files, data, and information you upload, store, or share through the Service.

• You confirm you have the rights to upload and share your Customer Data and that it complies with law.
• You grant MaxiDrives a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You are solely responsible for Customer Data and any consequences of sharing it.

License & Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

• No reverse engineering, scraping, automated harvesting, or performance benchmarking without written consent.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose—file hosting and sharing in compliance with applicable laws and our policies.

Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal content or activity; instructions for illegal acts.
• Infringing content (copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy/publicity rights).
• Content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Malware, viruses, or automated scripts that mimic human behavior without permission.
• Actions that degrade or overload the Service, bypass security, or interfere with others’ use.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts to protect users, our network, or comply with law.

Third-Party Content & Ads

The Service may display or link to content, products, or services from third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for your interactions with third parties.

Trademarks & Intellectual Property

MaxiDrives, our logos, UI, and other brand assets are protected. You may not use our marks or trade dress without written permission. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Payments, Premium & Refunds

• Premium: Optional paid features or subscriptions may be offered. Features, prices, and limits may change.
• Download limits: Premium accounts may have daily limits (e.g., GB/day) and fair-use rules. We may adjust limits to protect service quality.
• Refunds: First-purchase refunds may be granted case-by-case within 24 hours; no partial refunds. Unless stated otherwise, charges are one-time and not auto-renewed.

Fair Use & Bandwidth

To keep MaxiDrives fast and reliable for everyone, we may throttle, rate-limit, or otherwise manage bandwidth, connections, and API usage. Excessive or abusive usage can lead to temporary or permanent limits.

Storage, Availability & Backups

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee continuous uptime or data permanence.
• We may enforce file size, storage, retention, or inactivity limits (including removal of inactive files).
• Backups improve resilience but restoration is not guaranteed—keep your own copies of important files.

Copyright / DMCA

We respond to valid copyright complaints and may terminate repeat infringers. To report infringement, email support@maxidrives.com with:

• Links to the allegedly infringing material;
• Your contact details and authority to act;
• A good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate.

Security, Law & Disclosure

• Use reasonable security measures when accessing your account. You are responsible for actions taken using your credentials.
• We may disclose Customer Data to comply with law, subpoenas, or lawful requests from authorities.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and process personal data.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE OPERATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (B) OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MAXIDRIVES (IF ANY) DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MaxiDrives and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law.

Termination & Inactivity

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or pose a risk to others or our network.
• Inactive accounts: we may reclaim resources or remove balances if there is no login for six (6) months.

Earnings / Affiliates

• Payouts may be processed on a recurring schedule once your account meets the minimum threshold we publish on the Site.
• Only completed, qualified downloads count; self-downloads and files under 1MB may be excluded.
• Multiple accounts, self-referrals, fake traffic/downloads, or any attempt to manipulate earnings will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of balances.
• We may adjust, pause, or discontinue the rewards program to protect service integrity.
• Absolutely prohibited: content involving minors, hate content, or any unlawful material. Violations lead to immediate termination and removal of earnings for affected files.
