Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if you have not started using your Premium account.
  • If you have uploaded files, consumed download bandwidth, or otherwise used the account, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@maxidrives.com.
  • No partial refunds are provided. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Delivery Policy

  • Premium accounts are delivered instantly online to your MaxiDrives account after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive access in real time, and your Premium status will appear on your dashboard immediately.
  • No physical delivery is required—services are fully digital.

Cancellations

  • Premium accounts remain active until the end of the paid period unless canceled earlier.
  • To cancel, you can turn off auto-renew (if enabled) or contact support.
  • Canceling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments.

Failed or Rejected Payments

  • If your payment fails, Premium access will not be activated or may be suspended until the payment is cleared.
  • We reserve the right to disable or revoke access for fraudulent or disputed transactions (chargebacks).

General Notes

  • Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method.
  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
  • We do not cover currency conversion costs or third-party transaction fees.
